Hello everyone…it has been quite a long time since I have posted on here. I hope that you are doing well and getting geared up for the holiday season? My message deals with some choices as we enter the holiday season.
We have the holiday shopping season coming up and it is time to decide if we are going to be consumers “spending money on gifts” or running a business that creates true wealth and “financial freedom”?
The past 18 months have been challenging for me. I have met so many wonderful people in TEAM EXODUS that sincerely seemed to want success in their business. I know that many of you have spent years putting forth an effort that caused you to sacrifice so many things in your lives. In addition, you spent money that you truly couldn’t afford in order to maintain certain requirements and hold special titles. My heart was heavy knowing that the results were mostly frustration and financial challenges for the vast majority. There was a long time of healing necessary in order to get past those issues and then a time to begin making some changes.
We discussed this back in August before I left for vacation and my hope was that you would choose “success” for your business. It is now time for us to act upon that choice and either begin to run a “successful business” that will provide true financial independence or come to the realization that we have chosen to quit. There honestly is no middle ground. I am 100% certain that anyone choosing success can achieve it within the next 12 months. I myself failed horribly for (3) years because of my own poor choices and decisions. Once I made the decision to succeed it only took me (5) months to become a TOP Producer in that company. I simply chose to “roll up my sleeves and do a little work” instead of continue to blame other things for my failure.
You have all wanted the “Wal-Mart of the Internet” for years and felt so frustrated that it was never delivered after so many promises. We have had it in our hands since early 2007 and sadly it has been greatly underutilized by everyone so far. We need to decide if we are going to “use Aisle19″ and generate revenue for our business through it, or just continue to be happy knowing that it exists without making the effort to use it and “actually sitting down with our friends and family”. You own the most amazing online shopping business in the world, but nobody will shop there by accident. It is time to choose to be “successful business owners” and generate revenues for our business thru “shopping and purchases” made in Aisle19.
This message might not be received well and in fact some will take it personally and get upset. That is not my purpose…my hope is to help you understand that we all go thru these challenges and struggle…but it is our own choice to “pick ourselves up and become successful”. I take full responsibility for every single mistake that I have made…that is what allows me to be so proud of all the success that I have been blessed to receive.
My only question to you is this…when do you want to receive the blessings that have been waiting for you? I feel that your time is now, but it isn’t for me to decide…please let me know. I will be at the training this Saturday and then will be taking my family on vacation to Florida for 2 weeks. I am going to be laser focused and working closely with those of you that ”show me” your decision to succeed and make the change from a business owner to a “SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNER”.
Please do not miss out on this opportunity….there are so many wonderful things sitting right in front of you and we just need to step up and grab them.
Hoping to see you all this Saturday for the most informative and effective training that you have ever attended. Be well and Blessed!!!
John

Great message Mr. Costino I couldn’t agree more and I’d like to add my experience with a similar situation:
If you’re in MLM I’m sure there isn’t anyone that hasn’t been let’s say taken advantage of or wronged. But when you think about it look at your life in general not just MLM. It’s probably happened at some point in time throughout your life.
This question was put to me when I told someone I was never going through what I went through in MLM again and I was done with the industry and everyone is a crook etc. etc. Have you ever been taken advantage of at school, work, with friends, family etc? I said yes, so he said, my question to you is did you quit going to school work, family gatherings etc? So why would you quit on your dream of someday possibly being debt free? I couldn’t honestly answer that without the obvious stupid thought I was hanging onto.
I share this with you because lets just say I was still very bitter about everything and I realized I had 2 choices I could just be bitter and feel sorry for myself and do nothing and just make myself feel better by rationalizing I’m just destined for mediocrity or I could lick my wounds dust myself off and learn from my mistakes and keep going for my goal. Because when you really think about it if we take the same attitude we do about MLM as in life we would never leave our bedroom because no one could hurt us there either but what kind of life would you have? The point I’m trying to make is don’t do that to your dreams either don’t stay in the room of mediocrity where it’s safe… Thank God I choose keep going for my goal, this is what drives me everyday one of my major WHYS are, I’m going to make that person so sorry that they ever wronged me by being a successful business person and they won’t benefit from it at all, use that anger and channel if for good and your business, and not by physical harm or any other means (which I thought about).and let me add there was a 4-5 year period between choosing to move forward but as I look back on it I could of shortened it to 4-5 days the time period was just between my ears. Don’t make the same mistake I did and wait 4-5 years nobody can feel what anybody has went through or has to deal with I get that because it happens to them so I’m not comparing who got wronged the most. Just remember when God shuts one door he opens another one all you have to do is decide to walk through it.
Hope this helps at least just one person not to give up on their dream. We have the simplest and fairest opportunity for the average person to have success and we couldn’t be more transparent. We don’t mind criticism or judgment just don’t judge from past experiences. This training Saturday will be like none other if you haven’t given up on your dreams you need to be there to start building your dream again. I hope to see everyone there.
